SpaRing's east-side branch on Infopark–Edachira Road, BSC Building. Boxing, kickboxing, MMA, wrestling, grappling — plus a strength & conditioning floor. Most members work at Infopark or Smartcity and train before or after office hours.
We opened the Kakkanad branch because too many people kept telling us the same thing — they wanted to train, but commuting from Infopark to YMCA after a workday meant getting home past 11. So we set up shop on Infopark–Edachira Road, in BSC Building, five minutes from Infopark Phase 1.
Most members here come straight from the office — IT, finance, services. Programmes are the same as our YMCA branch in town; the schedule is just shifted later. The 7 PM batch is the busiest of the week. Catchment is wide: Kakkanad, Thrikkakara, Kalamassery, Edappally, Kakkanad civil station, even Aluva on a good evening.
There's also a dedicated strength & conditioning floor at this branch — barbells, racks, conditioning equipment. Lift before class, lift after class, or skip the combat side and train just the gym. All three patterns work.

International level combat sports training and a premium multi gym floor. SAMBO is run only at our YMCA branch in town — everything else, you'll find here. Most members start with one discipline and pick up another after a few months.

Stance, footwork and the basic punches first. Padwork and controlled sparring once your defence holds up.
Boxing programme →
Kicks layered onto boxing — round kicks, push kicks, knees. Heavy conditioning baked in; the workout the IT crowd remembers.
Kickboxing programme →
Striking, clinch and ground treated as one sport — not three taped together. We expect a base in two disciplines before you join MMA full-time.
MMA programme →
Single-legs, double-legs, takedown defence and top control. The base for MMA and grappling, and a workout in itself.
Wrestling programme →
No-gi: takedowns, escapes, submissions. Most sessions end with rolling — once you've been shown enough to do it safely.
Grappling programme →
Open lifting floor with programmed sessions. Useful for combat sport carryover, fat loss, or just because work has wrecked your back and you'd like it not to.
More on the gym →Two main windows — early morning before the office, and after 7 PM when Infopark lets out. Saturday is lighter (open mat, technique, lifting). Sunday is a rest day. Drop us a message before your first visit and we'll point you to the right batch.
Best way to know if it fits is to spend an hour on the floor. Pick a discipline, message us, train one class. If it fits, you join. If not, no fees, no follow-up calls.
