About the Programme
Systematic Olympic wrestling training based on Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles, plus Wall Wrestling — the cage and wall control phase that decides modern MMA. Ju Jitsu training for competition and fitness. All levels are welcome.
Our wrestling curriculum is built around the two Olympic styles — Freestyle (full-body attacks, leg shots allowed) and Greco-Roman (upper-body throws, no leg attacks) — with a dedicated Wall Wrestling track for students preparing for MMA. Ju Jitsu sessions cover guard work, positional control, escapes, and submissions, trained for both sport competition and general fitness.
The Programme
Olympic wrestling, Wall Wrestling for MMA, and Ju Jitsu — a complete curriculum built progressively from your first session.

Meet Your Coaches
Mobin Babu leads the wrestling programme at SpaRing Lifestyle, focused on Olympic wrestling technique — both Freestyle and Greco-Roman — takedown defence, and Wall Wrestling for MMA. He trains athletes from complete beginners to competitive fighters.
Sreeraj M brings deep expertise in Ju Jitsu and ground-game strategy — preparing athletes for competition and structuring sessions for fitness-focused students. Head Coach Kiran V S oversees all programmes and builds the integration between wrestling, Ju Jitsu, SAMBO, and the striking disciplines.
"Wrestling and Ju Jitsu are the most honest combat sports — you can't fake them, you can't muscle through them past a certain level, and every position teaches you something specific. They're also the most fun once you get past the first few weeks."
